Last updated: March 31, 2026. This instrument governs your access to the AsomVoyage marketplace and CloudERP ecosystem.
01. Acceptance of Instrument
By initializing an account or executing a reservation on AsomVoyage, you acknowledge a binding technical and legal synchronization with these terms. If you do not agree to these high-fidelity standards, you must terminate your session immediately.
Explorer Identity
Users are responsible for maintaining the encryption integrity of their access keys. Any identity sync performed via your account is deemed authorized by you.
SafeZone™ Sync
Self-driven car rentals require mandatory GPS telemetry synchronization for insurance and regional safety compliance.
02. Operational Hub Mandates
AsomVoyage serves as a high-fidelity digital bridge. While we verify partner properties, the final service delivery is subject to the partner's hub-specific operational standards:

Identity Verification
Physical ID (Aadhaar/Passport) is mandatory for check-in sync at all 1,200+ partner locations.

Fiscal Reconcilliation
Payments are processed via secure gateways. All manual billing is logged in the CloudERP Ledger.

Regional Conduct
Travelers must respect the cultural metrics and environmental integrity of the Northeast states.
03. Jurisdiction & Disputes
This instrument is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from platform synchronization shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **Guwahati, Assam**.

"AsomVoyage provides a secure environment powered by Google Cloud. We do not tolerate fraudulent identity syncs or misuse of the AI Trip Assistant. Unauthorized access will result in immediate identity blacklisting."
