Self-Driven Policy
Last updated: March 31, 2026. This instrument details the high-fidelity safety standards and operational sync for our 2026 fleet.
01. Explorer Prerequisites
To maintain the regional safety matrix, every self-driven rental requires an **Explorer Certified** profile. Mandatory credentials include:
Maturity Threshold
Minimum age of 21 years with valid identity proof.
License Registry
Valid Indian LMV license held for at least 12 months.
PWA Sync Ready
Mobile device with active GPS and PWA app installed.
SafeZone™ Auth
Authorization for real-time satellite telemetry sync.
02. SafeZone™ Satellite Sync
All units in the AsomVoyage fleet are equipped with high-fidelity telemetry hardware. By initializing a rental, you consent to:
Active Trace Protocol
"Real-time location data is utilized strictly for roadside assistance, regional boundary compliance, and insurance synchronization. Your trace is logically isolated and encrypted on private nodes."
Energy Protocol
Vehicles are deployed with a full energy reservoir. Re-delivery must match the initial state. Deficits incur regional market rates + a 15% handling yield.
Time Windows
Returns beyond the 2-hour grace window trigger a new 24-hour cycle yield. Early returns are non-refundable to maintain inventory integrity.
03. Incident & Damage Registry
In the event of a technical deficit or physical collision, the explorer must:
- 1
Immediate Sync
Notify the AsomVoyage Hub via the SOS button in the Voyager Dashboard within 15 minutes.
- 2
Visual Record
Capture 360° high-fidelity photos of the unit state and upload via PWA.
- 3
Liability Threshold
Explorers are liable for a technical deductible specified in the individual rental instrument.
